JACNCS is committed to the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. Our ethics policy is based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Authorship

All listed authors must meet the COPE criteria for authorship: substantial contributions to conception or design; drafting or revising the work; final approval; and accountability for the work. Guest, gift, and ghost authorship are considered unethical.

Plagiarism

All submitted manuscripts are screened for plagiarism using industry-standard software. A similarity index above 15% (excluding references) will result in immediate rejection. Self-plagiarism (duplicate submission) is also strictly prohibited.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose all financial relationships, funding sources, and any potential conflicts of interest that could be perceived to influence the results or their interpretation.

Data Integrity

JACNCS does not tolerate fabrication, falsification, or inappropriate manipulation of research data or images. Suspected cases will be investigated and reported to the authors' institutions.

Research Ethics

All research involving research subjects or datasets must have obtained approval from an institutional ethics committee and must include a statement of informed consent. Research data handling must adhere to relevant institutional and national guidelines.

Corrections & Retractions

JACNCS will issue corrections or retractions in accordance with COPE guidelines when post-publication errors are identified. Corrections preserve the published record while correcting the error.

Reporting Misconduct

Suspected misconduct may be reported confidentially to editor.jacncs@techown.in.
