JACNCS is a fully open-access journal. All published content is freely available to readers worldwide with no subscription required. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) license, permitting unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Publication Charges
JACNCS charges no submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), or publication charges of any kind. There is absolutely no cost to submit or publish in JACNCS — ever.
