Aims & Scope

The Journal of Advanced Computer Networks and Communication Systems (JACNCS) is the official publication of the TECHOWN Research and Publication. JACNCS is a peer-reviewed, open-access triannual journal dedicated to publishing high-quality research across all disciplines of computer networking.

JACNCS is committed to advancing the science of computer networking and communications by providing a rigorous, ethical, and inclusive platform for researchers, engineers, and academicians worldwide. The journal evaluates all submissions purely on scientific merit, irrespective of author institution, geography, or financial capacity.

JACNCS accepts original contributions covering, but not limited to, the following areas:

Types of Articles Accepted

1. Research Articles
Full-length original research papers presenting new findings, experiments, or theoretical contributions in computer networks and communication systems.
2. Review Articles
Comprehensive surveys or literature reviews summarizing the current state of research in a specific topic (e.g., 5G networks, SDN, IoT security).
3. Short Communications / Letters
Brief reports of significant new findings or preliminary results that require rapid publication.
4. Case Studies
Real-world implementation or deployment of network systems, protocols, or communication technologies with documented outcomes.
5. Technical Notes
Concise descriptions of new methods, tools, algorithms, or experimental techniques related to networking and communication.
6. Invited / Perspective Articles
Expert opinions or forward-looking perspectives on emerging trends written by leading researchers (by editorial invitation).
7. Special Issue Papers
Articles submitted under themed special issues on focused topics like AI in Networks, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, etc.
8. Conference Extended Papers
Substantially extended versions (typically 30–40% new content) of previously presented conference papers.

Open Access Policy

JACNCS is a fully open-access journal. All published content is freely available to readers worldwide with no subscription required. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) license, permitting unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.

Publication Charges

JACNCS charges no submission fees, article processing charges (APCs), or publication charges of any kind. There is absolutely no cost to submit or publish in JACNCS — ever.
